Final Double Page Spread

I have made several posts outlining and describing double page spreads, as preparation for myself, and I've finally completed my own.

Here is my Double Page Spread below:

I used Photoshop to create the entire double page spread, editing my pictures to provide a cleaner presentation, using gradients to add depth, adding a slight overlay and drop shadows behind the text to make them stand out against the background, and editing my page to come off as cute and personal. I took all photos included in my home, in my designated set, which I showed in full in one of my previous blog posts, "Permissions".

I feel like my expectations throughout the process of making this double page spread also really changed. At first I had a few different ideas in mind for this double page spread, but overall my end result is much better than what I had originally thought of. I put a lot of work into creating this spread, and I am very pleased with how it turned out.
